Wolf Kirsten

Wolf Kirsten is Founder and President of International Health Consulting based in Berlin, Germany. Mr. Kirsten consults organizations on the development, implementation and evaluation of workplace health promotion programs, specializing on global strategies and culturally-adapted programming for multi-national companies.

He also consults non-governmental organizations (NGOs), such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE), and government agencies. His consulting portfolio extends across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Latin America and North America. Mr. Kirsten teaches postgraduate courses in health promotion at the Freie Universität in Berlin and the Hochschule Magdeburg and is a sought after speaker and trainer.

He is the co-founder of the International Institute for Health Promotion (IIHP), which he managed for eight years in Washington, DC, and on the board of the International Association of Worksite Health Promotion (IAWHP).

Mr. Kirsten received his Master of Science in Health Promotion Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University in Washington, DC. He is a German native and lived many years abroad (United States, Brazil, England, and China).
